Seastar Hits is in no way associated with any payment processor. Seastar Hits uses them to process payments for upgraded membership fees, purchasing credits, and other sales from this site.
Seastar Hits shall not be held liable for any damages, issues, or losses that may occur as a result of member's association with and use of any payment processors.
If member deletes their Seastar Hits account, that member will be responsible for cancelling any upgrades or other subscriptions member may have with Seastar Hits through any payment processors. Member MUST go to their payment processors and cancel the subscription from within their payment processor account otherwise the monthly fees will continue. YOUR payment processor account is YOUR responsibility!
Seastar Hits will not issue any refunds for Page Views purchased or for failure to cancel services.
Your relationship to Seastar Hits is one of an independent contractor and/or customer. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of the Service. You do not have any obligation to refer new members to the Seastar Hits Program. Seastar Hits HAS NO OBLIGATION TO OFFER THE SERVICE OR OTHER PROMOTIONS TO YOU.
